Acceptable use policy

You must not use Jobseeka to

• Post or arrange illegal goods, services or activity.
• Misrepresent your identity, skills, qualifications, insurance or authority to perform work.
• Post scams, fake jobs, pyramid schemes, deceptive opportunities or unsolicited spam.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or intimidate another person.
• Attempt to steal accounts, passwords, one-time codes or payment information.
• Upload malware, interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
• Manipulate reviews, trust signals, applications or marketplace activity.
• Use another person’s personal information unlawfully.

Jobs involving regulated work

Where work is regulated or legally restricted, the person offering the work must hold any licences, qualifications, registrations, checks, permits or insurance required by law. Jobseeka may remove listings or restrict accounts where appropriate evidence is missing or concerns arise.

Enforcement

Jobseeka may remove content, limit features, request information, suspend accounts or take other reasonable action where this policy may have been breached. Serious or unlawful matters may be referred to relevant authorities where legally appropriate.
