These terms set the rules for accessing and using the Jobseeka marketplace.

2. Marketplace role
Jobseeka provides technology that helps customers and workers connect. Unless expressly stated for a particular service, Jobseeka is not the employer, worker, contractor, agent or customer in a job arranged between users.
3. Listings and offers
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job listings, profile details, offers and communications. A user must not post misleading, unlawful, unsafe or discriminatory content.
4. Agreements between users
Customers and workers are responsible for agreeing the scope, price, timing, access requirements, materials and any other job terms. Users should review these details before work begins and use Jobseeka’s agreement or job-record tools where available.
5. Qualifications, insurance and compliance
Users must comply with laws and professional requirements that apply to their work. Where a job requires a licence, qualification, registration, permit or insurance, the relevant user is responsible for having and maintaining it. Platform verification indicators do not replace independent checks.
6. Payments
If payment features are made available, any additional payment terms shown at the time of payment also apply. Payment providers may have their own terms. Jobseeka may delay or restrict a transaction where required for security, compliance, disputes or provider rules.
7. Reviews and conduct
Reviews and other content must reflect genuine experiences and must not be abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening or manipulated. Users must treat others respectfully and must not harass or discriminate against other members.
8. Suspension and termination
Jobseeka may restrict, suspend or close accounts, remove content or limit features where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements or address suspected fraud or abuse.
9. Availability and liability
Jobseeka aims to keep the service reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every user, job, offer or outcome will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
